Our townhouse is for those seeking either a quiet forest setting, good value, or both. We are located in Hideaway Village, bordering the Arapahoe National Forest. Hideaway Village is a vintage resort of 12 buildings and several private homes, built on 35 acres(!). Our building is made up of only four townhomes. Quaint and tranquil.
We have a private driveway and the free shuttle stops at end of it every half hour during ski season.
There are three bedrooms upstairs (two open to the private balcony) and a full bath. Downstairs is the living - kitchen area and bath and shower, as well as ski storage. Relax with private wi-fi and HDTV. Outside is a large patio and built-in barbecue grill.
This is a charming unit has a wood stove insert in the massive rock fireplace to warm your time in the mountains. Downtown Winter park is a short walk (15 minutes) downhill; take the bus back up.
Pool and hot tub as well as laundry are 100 yards away in our private Recreation Building.
Our home-away-from-home is perfectly situated between the ski resort, downtown Winter Park and National Forest trails.
This is a highly desirable, but little known location in old Winter Park. We make people happy!
